The Bench Spectrophotometer
provides identical measurements to the portable,
hand held, range of spectrophotometers.
Because
of the differences in the optical design and
resolution it is rarely possible to transfer
complete spectrum data between instruments of
different manufacturers.
We have therefore produced an
optically identical, lower cost, laboratory
instrument, to allow technical laboratories
to develop simple tests knowing that the results
can be transferred directly to the sAd portable
spectrophotometers for field tests, by unskilled
operators.
